What I give: Enough.
What He gives? More than.
When I’m fed up, I say, “I’ve had enough!”
What He says? “I AM.”
What I offer? Just.
What He offers me? More than.
It’s always this, Him giving more than, Him being more than. The equation– it doesn’t balance. No matter what, the sum of what He gives and does and is… is more than.
More than bread enough, more than hope enough, more than love enough…
More than… I deserve.
What I have? It is… more than.
I have Him.
And it is Enough.

Linking in a place I have enjoyed for quite some time– The Five Minute Friday link-up at thegypsymama.com. Come join in, won’t you?
Yes, the equation doesn’t quite add up no matter how we calculate it and for that I am so very thankful. Thanks for sharing, I was your neighbor over at Lisa-Jo’s this week. Nice to ‘meet’ you.
Nice to meet you, too! I’m heading on over to visit you at your place.
“All of you is more than enough for all of me…” He is our portion, amen! The Greek photo is great.
Wonderful words, Anna.
I think those are lyrics to a song, aren’t they? 🙂 Great song!
