Rocks along the way on the Sentinel Dome Hike, Yosemite
Phases
Leaves drift
separated
torn from solid branches
glorious even in death– dreams
endure.

Begin

will find its rest
when morning arrives and
the sun makes us forget what aches.

Sunrise, Tunnel View, Yosemite… stunning in person, hard to capture the mist and fog that rolled in and made this a beautiful sight. Half dome was visible in person; it’s hard to find in this picture.
Power
Each word
living magic
spoken, written, breathed, dreamt
sever, save, entangle, enlarge–
power.
